An integral part of any organization is it’s staff. Our human resources department is involved in every aspect of developing the organization’s team. HR is in charge of recruitment strategies which include finding the right candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. HR also manages payroll, benefits, and training as well as enforces the organization’s policies to ensure the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Our marketing department’s main focus is guest acquisition and retention. This is done through raising the brands’ social media presence within various platforms by coordinating influencer marketing, community events, and increasing brand awareness. Marketing department works cross-functionally with the corporate trainer to insure the team is continuously striving for the best customer experience.
